This wonderful article in March 2017 Newsweek, features the amazing work of one of my teachers, Lisa Schwarz. Her work is revolutionary in helping people with severe forms of mental illness that stem from early life trauma. The fact that mainstream media is finally sharing this information gives me great hope that it will infiltrate the entrenched "old school religion" of talk therapy and begin to offer lasting benefits for so many who have lost hope after too many forms of treatments failed to help them.
