Treatment for Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD
Over the last couple of decades there has been amazing research done that sheds light on how our minds, bodies & especially our nervous systems react to threatening situations. Each person is very unique in how they respond & many factors influence whether the experience will make you more resilient or will leave a residue of fear & constriction that can create many adverse symptoms over time. This page attempts to provide information & links to some of the treatments, therapies & modalities that have been developed to assist in re-patterning your bodymind & restore your nervous system to a more neutral "set-point".
I have utilized all of these modalities during my own healing journey & found them indispensable in helping my body & nervous system release held energy that years of talk therapy, spiritual practice and other avenues of healing never reached.
