Anxiety Meditation Techniques & Exercises

In this section you will find a variety of simple exercises & meditations that come from a wide variety of sources & have all been indispensable in my own process of transformation & dealing with both acute & chronic anxiety & repressive conditioning. It is essential that you remember that you are your own best authority on what is best for you & your body & only you know if there are conditions that may limit your ability to participate in any of these offerings. So I encourage you to use your own best judgement & stop & consult your health care professional if you feel unsure about any of these processes.

These exercises can help to facilitate the body's ability to release the held emotions, memories & beliefs that have accumulated over time. Although they are not generally an end solution in & of themselves, they can definitely help alleviate many of the symptoms that arise as we work to face & clear the fears that have limited us. Videos to help with the heightened energy of anxiety or the lethargic energy of depression:
  • Integrating Polarities Meditation - Is a little somatic meditation that utilizes the principles of NLP: Neuro-Linguistic Programing combined with noticing the sensory responses in your body to re-process conflicting beliefs that we hold within us. It can be especially useful for areas where we have gained insight, but our reactive behaviors remain because the original imprint is still held in our nervous system & body.
  • Triangle Process Meditation - This little video shares a meditation that came through me that has helped integrate the way our organism tends to triangulate into Persecutor/Victim/Savior in our relationships.

  • Trauma Trigger Intervention - Shares a number of simple processes that you can do to intervene when you feel triggered by a memory, event or situation in your life that causes fear, anxiety or depression.
  • Visual Journaling Process - Is the process that I have used over the years to connect with the rich source of inner visual guidance that lies within me & create the images that are used to illustrate this website.
  • Energy Balancing Exercises - Is a diagram of some of the primary exercises that I have used to help the body discharge held energy in my nervous system & restore greater health & vitality. 
  • EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique - This simple process was developed by Gary Craig. It allows us to interrupt & rebalance the memories & traumas that have disturbed the energetic pathways of our nervous systems.
  • Mind+Heart+Body Meditation - This meditation helps us to integrate along the vertical & side-to-side axis of our body, heart & mind. It is especially useful after releasing any old trauma or repressive conditioning patterns.
