PTSD Symptoms, Trauma & Signs of Discharge

Hidden Energy by LJAmlie
It is helpful to begin to recognize that many of our everyday ailments can potentially be symptoms of past trauma (conscious or unconscious). By becoming our own neutral witness we can begin to discern the times when we seem to react disproportionately to a situation. Often we can notice patterns of how, when & where this happens. We can then begin to track if our body tends to react in familiar ways like indigestion or nausea, skin irritations like eczema or hives, head aches, insomnia, nervousness or depression, or any of the symptoms listed below. My training comes from the perspective that all ailments in the physical body are first created on the energetic, mental & emotional planes. So it becomes crucial that we can begin to notice how our body reacts to our thoughts & emotions if we are to resolve them on a core level.
